As anyone succeeded in loading the MSSOAP.SoapSerializer object and make reference to its StartHeaderElement() method?

I am using this:

loSerializer=CREATEOBJECT('MSSOAP.SoapSerializer')
loSerializer.startHeaderElement('SessionInfo','http://tempuri.org/SessionInfoHeader')

The call to the method is making an error.
