>Yes and the reason is most likely memory usage. VFP7 has a much larger memory footprint than FP so there is less memory available for looping through records in the two tables. We were never told how much memory is in the machine though.

Is there a good middle of the road memory setting that users could start with in building a VFP 7 app? Something that they can put in their initial prg. To sort of get an app started without giving VFP everything but the kitchen sink in resources available.
