I created a form recently, and it has been running fine. I re-compiled it today, and it now just blinks when clicked upon. It runs fine in Fox, but I've determined through wait windows that it now dies right after Show and Activate methods. It goes right from Show to Destroy.

The only change I made was to an option group, and I've rechecked it to see if there was something I changed inadvertently, but I've found nothing.

The WindowType is set to Modal, WindowState set to Normal. What am I doing wrong?
