I looked at that. That only allows my grid to show the code and only see the description when picking. I would like to always see the description - so if I look at a previously entered record, I don't have to remember what code xyz's description is (ie. I want both fields in the grid, but only the code field in the underlying table since it is a waste to store a field that is already in another table (normalization..)
