Need to print 8 lines/inch instead of 6 lines/inch using normal 10 point font.

Situation:
Using the report writer, I need to have the 10 point font print but also need to print at 8 lines per inch. I cannot overlap the fields on the report otherwise it will kill the print when (not empty) condition

If I hack the FRX and set the height to 1500 all is OK even in the designer, but as soon as I "select" it, it springs back to the 6 line per inch height.

Is there a way to shorten the height (outside of the FRX hack) of the fields or a global report setting that will make it 8 lines per inch?

Other ideas?
