Luis, an alternative to Srvany is the ActiveX NTService control that comes with VB - if you do a search on the Microsoft site you can also find some of that code there as a free download. I used it with VFP and I think it works in a comparable way to Srvany utility. If the purpose of running as a service is just to have something running without a login then you could just use a VFP COM server...
