Hi!
You cannot by simple way for one particular button. User have a permanent way to change color of all buttons in all Windows applications using Control Panel->Display->Appearance.
Anyway, you can place a button on a form with colored image (Picture property).
You can use the container object with raised looking and simulate a button by it.
