Hi!

Probably they have used by people that convinient with NET Meeting and use Excel ovten. I'm sure only 1% of VFP developers use it, or even less when think that there are such things like ICQ and Yahoo Messanger. This is my opinion only.

Also, this could be just a marketing - really I see no difference in how NET Meeting is started - from start menu, desktop, Excel menu or whatever. As for me, if user use NET Meeting quite often, it is much more better to create shortcut in desctop and assign shortcut keys to it. So user will be able to run NET Meeting just by pressing few keys, that is more quick than selecting it from Excel menu.

Just my opinion, though I think Excel mught contain some sort of communication with NET Meeting to integrate somthing - cannot tell for sure, because I really did not used this at all and do not use Excel often.

Try to ask also in MS Office forum...
