Hi Roi,

Thank a lot for reading my thread - You helped me out before with a drg db,
I'm still working on that with a friend - we tracked down an object dbx file that extracts attributes from dwg files when they aren't even open in Acad - pretty cool stuff!!

Let me explain about this file path thing.... Some of the technicians in our office are a little 'hard of thinking', and come to me quite regularly just to print a dwg. This is mainly because they don't know where to find their dwg on the network/directories. I suppose I could manually put the file path on the drawing with a bit of text, but It would be really smart if I could use vb to do it for me. I just need to put say

"S:\NMSO3\Haslingden\Contract 1\Lime St.dwg" just in the top right hand corner of the dwg.

By the way - I and just about everyone I know is in total support of the USA and the action you guys are taking against The Taliban, it was an Evil act of cowardice.

Thanks Roi,

Speak to you again some time - are you on ICQ? - my e-mail is spl001@hotmail.com
May the force be with us..
