Allan,
Properties\Program\Advanced. If you check 'MSDOS mode' and 'specify new config setting' (similar to these titles) you'd get config.sys and autoexec.bat settings editboxes. However I said it's an overkill because when you do it you're telling program runs in MSDOS mode which requires win to restart in DOS mode. I just said it as a note but would never do it myself. What I do is either use files.com or simply edit config.sys to have 'files=255'.

>>Allan,
>>DOS sessions use it and AFAIK default is 60. You can set it for all DOS sessions by editing the config.sys directly or you could change it for your application (rightclick on shorcut to get properties for DOS settings) but latter would be an overkill.
>>Also if you have a utility called files.com (don't remember where I got it) you could have these lines in your .bat file :

>>files 100
>>my25app.exe

>>It behaves as if you had files=100 in config.sys :)
