I have a database in VFP having some tables with general fields. Those fields link to some MSWORD and Chart and some bitmap files. Now My client wants all the data to be exported to Oracle.

I used Upsizing, but the problem came with memo fields. If memo fields are empty , while upsizing errors are generated. If more than one memo filed exits in table only first memo field changed to Long and rest to Varchar2. Here is problem again.

And what about general fields? How they should be ported? Is ORACLE/SQL feasible ?

This is posing a big problem to me , So Please do suggest a way out.
