Deerfield makes software that implements a router in software that hides your LAN/provides ICS/NAT services on a 'single' IP connection; I've used their WinGate products with good success over the past few years, until cheap router/hub products that provide DHCP, DNS and NAT transparently started being available for ~$50 around here.
