I ran into this problem myself. I didn't find a VFP solution, but I did create a lookup table from Xcel. I put some starting dates in the first row and the next date I needed in the second. I then used the series function to put in the full range. About 5 years worth. Then after that I was told to skip the holidays. I used the work day and holiday function to modify the sheet. I verified the dates with a freebie app on my Palm. Converted the speadsheet to VFP and have been using the lookup table since last year.

My Palm dropped its batteries so I lost the name of that proggie. I'm gonna restore it Real Soon Now, but I can get it if you want. As far as the exact procedure in Excel, I can also work that up if you feel it's what you might need.
