Hi Vlad,
I agree with you that the preffered presentation for command buttons should be consistant with the overall windows settings. But there is no rule that says you must follow the dictated standards of MS. If a developer likes a red button with yellow letters he should be able to easily accomplish this. Don't get me wrong, I am not recommending non standard interface controls, but rather recommending the freedom to use them. (US first amendment) :>
