I never got this one, but it looks as if your database might be corrupted.

Perhaps you should try to do a VALIDATE DATABASE, or USE MyDatabase.dbc, followed by PACK or REINDEX.

MAKE BACKUPS FIRST.

And talking about backups, perhaps you will have to resort to an older version of your DBC.
