Did you see the problem on a variety of printers? LaserJets? Deskjets? We found that it doesn't happen with all printers. We're investigating whether the problem is with the drivers from Microsoft on the Win2K disk as opposed to the officially released HP drivers. HP does not offer Win2K drivers on most of its older models.
Since the Times New Roman is also a OpenType font then the problem might be specific to Arial. Hmmmmm, 'tis a puzzler.
