Hi Chris you can do the following:
 lo = CREATEOBJECT('outlook.application')
 loitem = lo.CreateItem(0)
 loitem.Subject = put your subject here 
 loitem.body= put the body text here
 loitem.to = put the destination email here
 loitem.Send
or you can look to the MAPI control.
