The FoxPro/VFP decompiler is called Refox. Look for it at www.hallogram.com, or other sites that sell software.

Because of the nature of the product (typically one-time-use only), there is no evaluation version. Nor is there a freeware version. To get it legally, you'll have to pay for it.
