In fact it's not that complex. Suppose instead of one form you did this in 3 temp forms each holding 17-18 fields and ran the code to set controlsources.
Then you create your master form, add a pageframe to it, 3-4 pages (how you like), then copy&paste from temp forms. You could even prearrange them in containers to make this easy or even create classes selecting 17-18 field groups (nicer I think). Believe me it would be finished in 5-10mins.
