We're moving our data from VFP and DB2 to Oracle using browsers as the front end. Java plays a significant role. The results are getting rave reviews by our end users. Any browser on any OS works! Read: we are becoming OS independent. In 5 to 10 years we probably won't be using WinXX or VFP.
