I'm not sure how to explain this concisely, but I'll do my best.

I have a one-form application whose main form is a pageframe. My naming convention for objects is in the form: frmName.pageframeName.pgName.objectName
When I move from one particular tab (activepage = 6, for what it's worth) or close the application while this tab is active, I often get the message, "outside reference exists, cannot close application". I then get the message: frmName is not an object, where frmName is the name of my primary form. I am at a total loss as to both the meaning of the message and why my main form object disappears as far as the application is concerned. The only way out of this is to close down VFP completely, which the application allows me to do without difficulty.

I'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but the pageframe in question (activepage=6) calls a PRG file which then runs a print out. PRG files are called from other parts of the application, mostly to run functions and procedures and this message never comes up. It is only on this particular pageframe where that occurs.

Any wiser heads have any ideas where I can begin to troubleshoot this bug?

TIA
