Yes, that's true. We have lived here for over 20 years and I don't think I could ever move back into town. The problem is that town is moving out to me! Growth in the Austin-San Antonio corridor is going beserk and our area is one of those "highly desirable" areas to build in, far enough out that it is "rural' but close enough in for a comfortable commute.
