Had the same situation. On the Codemine Developers page in Owners' Downloads Dave L. has put an SDI sample application. If you follow the guidelines in the readme (or whatever he gives you in the SDI package), it is really simple.

I've written about four or five of these type of apps to help some customers who are waiting for complete rewrites in VFP and needed some extra functionality in the meantime.
