Answered your earlier question in the previous section. Yup, in this context, SDI apps are the way to go. They will fire a form that lives in its own environment, has its own Windows task bar entry, for all itent and purposes, an application that is a form. I have a number of these types of Codemine SDI forms, some with menus, some without. The default Codemine SDI sample is without a menu and does not have security built in either. These features can be added to a Codemine SDI app too.
