Good call. The Crystal file is for the older 16-bit and should be removed.

Ahmad: I know I have seen an article stating that there is a configuration error in the PDW that cuses that Crytal32.OCX error and it can be fixed to stop those errors from happening. Unfortunately I culdn't find it but it is definitely from either the Crytsal or Microsoft KB site.
