I did this a few weeks ago with a few Mabry OCX and Dynazip DLL files. I added these files when I got to the step to add files. (step 2 - first sub-item).

In the destination computer, I specified the System folder and then I dragged the OCX and DLL files from the source computer to the destination computer system folder. Once they are there, you can right-click on the file, and click properties, then advanced and you'll see registration information. I just left the default info there and the controls installed just fine.
