If you mean design time, you could open the form in class browser and 'view code'.

If you mean runtime, recursively collecting controls and checking with amembers(), pemstatus(),getpem(),sys(1269) you could get them. You could see a working sample of this by running FoxyClasses sample from command window (do samples.exe and check UDFObjCollector sample or click '?' icon on any form).
