Hi Chris you can do the following on resize of the form Check for WindowState Property = 2 2 means that the form is maximize if this is the case the do you code.
You can also play with the Maxtop MaxLeft MaxHeight and MaxWidth properties.

>Hi - I would like to detect when a user maximises a form so that I can prevent the form filling the whole screen - basically I have a treeview down the left side of my screen which I want to remain visible throughout - also can I prevent the user from dragging the form out to the left - I noticed the Maxleft property - I could kinda do with a reverse of this!!!
