What, the rate or the fact that only the stars from the boss count :). Also, there's a difference between three stars and ten points, which further complicates the calculation, plus the fact that I'm in the States and the server is in Canada, which then introduces several other factors (Canadian customs both ways...)... in the end, bottom line, we all owe each other a beer...
