Hi Michael,
I upgraded to XP Pro from win98se without a hitch. I was surprised how uneventful it was. The box lists NT4.0 workstaion as a qualified canidate but not NT server 4.0, but the manual (if you can call it that) just says NT4.0sp6 or higher. Hope you get it figured out, I think you'll like the new OS.
