Sorry, I only know a little on ocx.
If won't work, better install win98 ResKit or some other freeware which got the msmask32.ocx
I just d/l a freeware: AntiCrash 5.0
It got msmask32.ocx installed at system folder.
AntiCrash is a tool to capture application crash by illegal op.
As it is a freeware, just have a try.
Try to install it. :)
