The default settings for cookies have changed in IE 6 and they are much stricter that in IE 5. Especially cross domain cookies (cookies set via images for examples) are not allowed by default. Make sure you check to see that the privacy settings are set to allow cookies or set your domain/zone properties for the Web site appropriately.
