When I do a ShutDown on my Windows 2000 professional, it behaves exactly like a Restart instead of powering of the computer. I looked at the BIOS and checked in the Registry for clues. I can't find anything that helps.

Has anyone seen this kind of problems or have suggestions about fixing this?
