You can send the script to SQL Server using VFP's ODBC Pass Through capabilities. Load the script into a memory variable and pass it SQLEXEC as the command.

You could export the dbf to a text file and import it into SQL Server using the BCP untility that comes with SQL-Server. BCP import some thousand records in a second. See SQL Server Online Books for more details and examples.
