Technically, no, you don't have to have Office installed - just go to the download page and install. But the licensing issue seems a bit cloudy right now. I'm pretty sure though that you don't need a license to view the read-only gifs (end-users viewing thru browser).

Did you use ChartFX with VFP in a web app??
