Are there any classes available to extract data from the active directory? I want to create an ASP page that will allow the user to change their password on the network. The default .htr page that comes with IIS is very clunky. If the user imputs a password that is too short, or if they have used the password before, the page just looks at them stupid. I need to extract the security properties from the active directory so that I can compare the string length, and even determine if they have used the same password before if possible. This way I could tell them why their password change failed and allow them to try again. Any suggestions?
