HALELUYA!!!! That's exactly the problem!!!!!!

The account doesn't show the actual colors I'm using. It states that I'm using default values, yet I can send you a screen cap so you can see for yourself that that is NOT the case.

If I go into account setup, change nothing, and click SAVE, THEN I WILL BE BACK ON DEFAULT COLORS. There is something wrong with the code that populates the fields in the account setup form.

The sample values show correctly ONLY for the default values. The actual values show exactly as the default values, which in my case is wrong because I'm using OTHER colors.

Do this Michel... go to your account setup and set your screen colors to non-default values and save.


Your screens should now show up with those colors.

Now go to account setup again and see what values the form tells you that you have.

This is starting to remind me of that cartoon where the store clerk has the item in his hand and is telling the customer that he can't sell it because the computer says they're out of stock.
