Cetin - there definitely is something going on here that I'll come back and research after the 'delivery date' gets met - luckily this is a hands-on analysis tool - the work that it does is well worth the 20 sec wait on startup - but it would definitely be a no-go in a production enviroment.

Some of the timing differences I'm seeing may just be that VFP has less memory to do the processing work at startup.
