How can I control the MOUSEOVER cursor shape with controls in a Grid.

VFP wants to give me an I-Beam for any text field. This is proving hard for my clients to see.
I've set the properties in the underlying control but they only seem to take effect after the
cell is selected.

The grid cursor setting works great, so long as I'm not over a cell with data. If I put the same
text control in another container object the selected mouse pointer changes just fine as I fly over.

So.... what am I doing wrong with the grid control?

I'd appreciate any hints.

Thanks
