That's a tall order :-)

One method is to avoid the mail client and send email directly from VFP to the mail server via SMTP. You can do this with wwipstuff from www.west-wind.com or www.mabry.com (never used the Mabry one). Here is an example on how to use wwipstuff

If the mail client is MAPI compliant then you could use Nigel's class
