Is there a possible way where I can open a .dbc file using ODBC?

I have a form that has many pages on it. Each page contains a grid, the rowsources of each grid must come from the server. The idea is to make the form work regardless of where the .dbc file is located.

Bounding the tables to the data environment of the form will limit the flexibility of the form to the exact path of the .dbc file.

I was thinking of an alternative approach other than remote views. I was thinking if there is a possible solution for this using ODBC Connection or something.
