I noticed in the news yesterday (or few days ago) new Copyright policy on the forum. Where can I find full info about it?

So far, few questions:

1) I was quoting some forum's materials in Visual FoxPro Club forum (FoxPro site in Russian). I always gave author's info in the quoted material (thread message or FAQ). Is it allowed to continue to do so? If not, what should be my steps: can I ask for allowance you personally or just give a FAQ number or thread info instead of quoting?

2) If I see some useful code fragments in messages (FAQs, etc.) I sometimes include them in our function library (always with the author info at the top of the function code). Is it allowable?

I had some other questions, but forgot them now...
