Nah, from scratch!

I keep all of my data separate from the OS/applications, so I really have very little stuff
that I miss other than application settings and the obvious reinstall of all apps.

I've come down to a pure minimum of installs where I only install what I really use and
have another box with all the experimental or 'toy' stuff on it. This way the reinstall
is quick and painless - sort of. Reinstall VStudio, SQL Server, Office and I'm 90% there <bg>...
