As an example, copying of the entire article lists for a specific forum and transferal on another support vehicle would constitute massive manipulation of the content of the Universal Thread.

So, is quoting full FAQ content of one specific FAQ or full one message (few messages in the thread) in another forum is allowable? What is prohibited then?
