I have an installed structure like this:
application root
company 1 data
company 2 data
etc.
in each folder now is the data for two separate applications that can run standalone or integrated. The problem is this: there is a shared table that is in neither DBC. This table is soon to be involved in some transaction processing so it must be in a DBC of some kind.
Should it be in one DBC or the other, or should I create a single DBC that holds the tables for both applications?
