That's JUST the reply I was hoping to get since that's what I was suspecting.
However, my knowledge of Cirix is rather limited, and the system administrator insists it is our problem. He doesn't trust our application, as it is built using a microsoft product and simply whispering "Microsoft" through the telephone is enough to drive him up the wall..................
It's rather a nuicance: Our program was selected from four similar applications by a committee and their verdict was based on functionality, "contents" and user-friendlyness. The system administrator, who is not an employee of our client but hired in from a third party, is not even willing to look at the existing problems in a rational way but prefers to blame it all on us and Microsoft in general. So now we have to convince our client that their system administrator didn't do his job well but we DID......
