Well, what I usually do is a) create a text file, b) send printer codes + this text file directly to the printer with "???". This might require a major redesign, but you might test whether this works.

I have uploaded a class to help with creating the text file / report. This should appear soon in the download section.

Otherwise, I have no real clue, about what might cause your error.
