I don't know if this can help, but there is an help file call runtime.hlp under the Developer Files folder under crystal report. This file contain list of file that need to be redistributate with your app. I copy the list for the Crystal ActiveX Control. You will also need the corresponding P2xxx.dll file depending on how you connect to your db from crystal.

The required runtime files for an application developed using the Crystal ActiveX Control (crystl32.ocx) are listed below.
