ASCII clause in report form command is suitable for very simple reports (not landscape), as others pointed out. I had a requirement to create reports, which need to be outputed to ASCII. I spent few days trying to make it work, but finally decided against it and created all reports by code. It's not hard, BTW. I have a simple maket program to convert Report to draft text of the program (this program still will be needed to adjust then), let me know, if you're interested to see it.
