Hi Sandi did you check if the user has permissions to that directories, this can be the cause.

All computers are running with a local FPW execuatable and config.fpw which puts TEMPFILES, SORTWORK etc on the local drive. Our app usually requires FILES=250 in the config.sys. We did that and put it in the Config.NT (which didn't help) and found a config.sys in the root directory and put it there. That helped somewhat, on Friday we were not getting any more problems but today we have the same problem. The code it is dying on is:
